Music Theory

Fortnightly Music Theory classes at MPS Campsie will be covering the exam components to give students a solid basic foundation, improving and reinforcing fundamental music concepts not covered in private Practical (Piano/Violin/Guitar) lessons. They will also cover aural testing, sight reading and music general knowledge.

Higher grade students following the Piano Comprehensive syllabus MUST pass the required Theory exam to receive their AMEB certificate.

Enrol sooner by registering your interest! Provide details like preferred days for Theory classes (subject to availability), prior experience and your goals for music education and we will be able to arrange weekly lessons or add you to a waiting list when a time slot becomes available.
